AHG/Res. 127 (XX) 5. BELIEVES that such an action, if it does materialize, would deprive the Organization and its Member States of a valid representative in the fields of Education, the Sciences, Culture and Communication; 6. STRONGLY APPEALS to the Government of the United States of America to reconsider its position.
