AHG/Res. 30 (II) Secretary-General of OAU, who shall where necessary, consult the governments of the countries sharing the expenses for the meeting; 5. DECIDES that representatives of all Member States of OAU be invited to the meeting by the General Secretary of the Accra Assembly in recognition of the importance of the meeting to OAU in particular and world peace and security in general.
