Assembly/AU/Dec.89 (V) DECISION ON THE EXTRA-BUDGETARY SESSION OF THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL The Assembly: 1. TAKES NOTE of the recommendation of the Executive Council on the proposed Structure of the Commission and the Budget for the year 2006; 2. MANDATES the Executive Council to convene in an Extra-Ordinary Session to consider and adopt: i) the Structure proposed by the Commission; ii) the budget for the year 2006.
