ADOPTS the Budget of the African Union for the Year 2010 amounting to US$ 250,453,697: i. A total amount of US$ 111,763,676 assessed to Member States on the basis of the current Scale of Assessment, which includes the balance of the Programs Budget amounting to US$ 11,171,000; ii. A total of US$ 5,000,000 from the fund allocated from the purchase of Washington Office and; iii. A total amount of US$ 133,690,021 earmarked for the programmes is secured from International Partners.
