Assembly/AU/ Dec.335(XVI) Page 2 Group in New York under the coordination of the Members of the Bureau of the Assembly at the level of the said group to ensure that the concerns raised by the AU and its Member States regarding the abuse of the Principle of Universal Jurisdiction by some non African States are properly addressed at the Level of UN with a view to finding a durable solution and to report to the Assembly, through the Commission, on actions taken during the forthcoming negotiations at the level of the United Nations; 11. ALSO REQUESTS the Commission to follow-up on this matter and to report regularly on the implementation of this Decision.
