A Appeals  to  all  a the  Mem mber  States  in  a  position  to  do  so o,  as  well  as  a to  the  AU  A partners,, to provide  the necessaary support tto the RCI‐LRA, particularly in logisttical, financial  and technical terms, so as to faccilitate the effective funcctioning of tthe differentt components  nitiative,  as  well  as  to  build  b the  caapacity  of  th he  armed  an nd  security  forces  of  th he  of  the  In affected  countries.  In  this  regaard,  Council  welcomess  the  readin ness  expresssed  by  som me  es  international partners to assist  the AU and the countries of the reegion. Council also note ns adopted  by the UN SSecurity Council on the LLRA issue an nd  with satiisfaction thee declaration calls  upo on  the  UN  to  establish h  a  logistics  support  module  for  th he  RCI‐LRA,  including  b by  adjustingg, if necessarry, the mand dates of the UN peacekeeeping operaations in thee region, so aas  to enablee them provide timely, ggreater and more flexible support to o the RCI‐LRA A;    10. D Decides,  in  line  with  the e  relevant  AU  A instrumeents,  to  decclare  the  LR RA  a  terrorist  group, an nd requests the UN Secu urity Council to do the same;    11. Co ommends  the  t humanittarian  agencies  which  are  active  on  the  grou und  for  theeir  mobilizattion and urgges them to continue and intensify ttheir actionss in favour off the affecteed  populatio ons;    12. Sttresses  the  need  for  th he  rehabilitation  of  the  areas  affectted  by  LRA  activities  an nd  requestss  the  Commission,  in  co onsultation  with  w the  Un nited  Nation ns  and  other  appropriatte  international instituttions, particularly the A African Development Bank (AfDB) and the World  mulation  of  aan  appropriaate  strategyy  and  the  mobilization  m o of  Bank,  to  contribute  to  the  form the necessary resourrces to this eend;    13. D Decides to re emain actively seized of tthe matter.
