WELCOMES the proposal by the Republic of Malawi to declare 2017 the year of “HARNESSING DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND THROUGH INVESTMENTS IN THE YOUTH”; 2. REQUESTS the Commission to take necessary measures to launch in January 2017 the theme of the year.
