REQUEST the Commission to consult with the African Ministerial Conference on the Environment (AMSEN) with the view to establishing the necessary mechanisms to follow up the implementation of this Declaration, in collaboration with the United Nations Economic commission for Africa (UNECA), the African Development Bank (ADB) and evaluate the progress towards the attainment of its objectives and report biennially to the Summit as appropriate.
