Assembly/AU/Dec.212(XII) Page 1 DECISION ON THE PROTOCOL ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AFRICAN INVESTMENT BANK The Assembly: 1. TAKES NOTE of the recommendations of the Executive Council for the consideration and adoption of the draft Protocol for the Establishment of the African Investment Bank; 2. ADOPTS the Protocol for the Establishment of the African Investment Bank; 3. CALLS ON Member States to sign and ratify as expeditiously as possible the Protocol for the Establishment of the African Investment Bank so as to enable the Protocol to enter into force.
