ALSO REQUESTS that the African Union Commission should work with the Permanent Representatives Committee (PRC) to include a budget line in the Commission‟s budget for 2015 for the purposes of funding the activities of the Committee of Ten from the General Fund; 11. FURTHER REQUESTS Member States of the African Union to include the issue of the Reform of the Security Council among the priorities of their Foreign Policy while engaging with non-African Partners; in particular, to include in their statements at the United Nations General Assembly Debate the need to redress the historical injustice the continent continues to suffer; 12. REITERATES that the Committee of Ten remains seized of this matter until Africa achieves its objectives on the reform of the UN Security Council, and requests the Committee to present a report to the next Ordinary Session of the Assembly in January 2015.
