Assembly/AU/Dec.657(XXIX) Page 1 DECISION ON THE DATES AND VENUE OF THE 30th ORDINARY SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE AFRICAN UNION The Assembly, 1. 2. DECIDES that the dates of the Thirtieth Ordinary Session of the Assembly which will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, under the theme “Winning The Fight Against Corruption: A Sustainable Path to Africa’s Transformation” shall be the following: i) Thirty-Fifth (35th) Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC): 22 - 23 January 2018; ii) Thirty-Second (32nd) Ordinary Session of the Executive Council: 25 - 26 January 2018; iii) Thirtieth (30th) Ordinary Session of the Assembly: 28 - 29 January 2018. REQUESTS the Commission to put in place all the necessary measures in order to organize the Thirtieth (30th) Ordinary Session of the Assembly as well as the preparatory meetings of the Executive Council and the PRC according to the afore-mentioned dates.
