TAKES NOTE of the amendments to the reporting guidelines and implementation framework of the Solemn Declaration on Gender Equality (SDGEA) by Ministers responsible for Gender and Women’s Affairs and the Launch of African Women’s Decade held in Nairobi, Kenya, from 11 to 15 October 2010; 2. ADOPTS the amended Article 12 of SDGEA.
