TAKES NOTE of the programme during the official opening of the Ordinary Sessions of the Assembly; 2. REQUESTS the Commission to establish a Taskforce to review the programme of the official opening of the Sessions of the Assembly in order to make them efficient and effective and report during the January 2015 Summit.
