TAKESNOTE of the Progress Report of the Chairperson implementation of the Decision Assembly/AU/Dec.605(XXVII) Financing of the Union adopted in Kigali, Rwanda, in July 2016; on on the the 2. COMMENDS the countries which have already started implementation and URGES other Member States to speed up implementation; 3. TAKESNOTE of the challenges faced by some Member States and REQUESTS the F10 Committee of Ministers of Finance to address the concerns raised by those Member States; 4. CALLSUPON the Member States to ensure that the Decision is fully implemented in 2017; 5.
