REQUESTS the OAU Defence Commission, assisted by the OAU SecretaryGeneral, following the Report of the Commission of Enquiry, to consider the necessity of creating and dispatching and OAU Peace Force to Angola and to submit its recommendations to the Council of Ministers. 6. CALLS UPON Liberation Movements, the Transitional Angolan Government, the Portuguese Government and neighbouring countries to co-operate with the OAU Fact-Finding Commission of Enquiry and Conciliation.
