AHG/ST. 4 (XVI) Rev. 1 2. DIRECTS the Administrative Secretary-General of the Organization, in close co-operation with the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa and the Ministers of Member States responsible for Economic Development, to prepare the grounds for the proposed Extra-ordinary Session so as to facilitate a fruitful discussion of the economic problems of Africa by the heads of State and Government.
