AHG/Res. 83 (XIII) 4. Decides to send a message of solidarity, support and condolence to the President and people of Uganda; and 5. Calls upon all African States to intensify their efforts in order to isolate Israel and compel her to change her aggressive policy; 6. Calls upon Member States of the OAU to assist Uganda to retrieve much of what she has lost; 7. Mandates the Current Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Guinea and Egypt to assist Uganda in putting the case before the Security Council.
