PSC/PR/COMM.(CDLXXVIII) Page 3 ii) participation in future High-Level Seminars should be on the basis of the Chairperson of the month and one Member per region, the outgoing and incoming A3, RECs/RMs; AU Commission and UN ; and iii) the agenda and the list of invitees for the High-Level Seminar should be articulated by the AU Commission and submitted to the PSC for approval. 10. Requests the Commission to take all necessary steps to facilitate the implementation of the outcomes of the 2nd High–Level Seminar as elaborated in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of this Communiqué; and 11. Decides to remain seized of the matter.
