EX.CL/298(X) The Assembly: 1. TAKES NOTE of the Report on the Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Union, the Executive Council and the Permanent Representatives’ Committee and the Statute of the Commission; 2. FURTHER TAKES NOTE of the recommendations by the Executive Council for the Assembly to adopt the amendments; 3. ADOPTS the amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Council, the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Union and the Statutes of the Commission.
