RECALLS its previous decision on the Introduction of Spanish within the African Union and the relevant provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly in this regard; 2. REQUESTS the Commission to take all the necessary measures to operationalize the use of Spanish within the African Union as soon as possible.
