EXPRESSES its appreciation to the Leader and the People of the Great Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for their warm welcome, excellent facilities and generous hospitality extended to all delegations since their arrival in the Jamahiriya; 2. ALSO EXPRESSES its gratitude to H.E. Muammar Gaddafi Leader of Al- Fattah Revolution for his tireless efforts towards the promotion and realization of the ideals and objectives of the Union and the search for greater unity and cohesion among our people.
