REQUESTS the Commission to consider all aspects of the issue of seeds, in the light of existing experiments, including the establishment of an African Institution for the production and use of seeds; 11. REQUESTS the Chairperson of the African Union Commission to submit a progress report on the implementation of the decision to the 9th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.
