REQUESTS the Commission to get actively involved in the popularization of the theme of the International Year of the Youth, “Dialogue and Mutual Understanding”, in the implementation of the appropriate activities and in the monitoring of actions undertaken by Member States and Regional Economic Communities; 10. ALSO REQUESTS the Commission to report to the Ordinary Session of the Assembly through the Executive Council in January 2011 on the status of the overall implementation of actions relating to the celebration of the International Year of the Youth.
