DECISION ON THE VENUE AND DATE OF THE NINTH ORDINARY
SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY
The Assembly:
1.
WELCOMES the offer by the Republic of Ghana to host the Ninth
Ordinary Session of the Assembly in Accra, in July 2007;
2.
DECIDES that the Summit and the preparatory meetings relating
thereto will be held in Accra, Ghana on the following dates:
- 25 - 26 June 2007
:
Fourteenth Ordinary
Session of the Permanent
Representatives’ Committee
- 28 – 29 June 2007
:
Eleventh Ordinary Session of the
Executive Council
- 1 – 3 July 2007
:
Ninth Ordinary Session of the
Assembly
