TAKES NOTE of the recommendations of the Executive Council for the consideration and adoption of the draft Protocol and the Statute for the Establishment of the African Monetary Fund; 2. ADOPTS the Protocol and the Statute for the Establishment of the African Monetary Fund; 3. CALLS ON Member States to sign and ratify as expeditiously as possible the Protocol for the Establishment of the African Monetary Fund so as to enable the Protocol to enter into force.
