Takes  note  of  the  provisions  of  resolution  2009  (2011),  and  requests  the  United  Nations  Security  Council to lift the  measures imposed with respect to the no‐fly zone and ban on flights  and  to  terminate  the  authorization  given  to  member  States  in  this  respect,  bearing  in  mind  the  very purpose for which resolution 1973 (2011) was adopted;    9. Requests the Chairperson of the Commission to submit regular reports on the evolution of  the situation in Libya;    10. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.
