AHG/Res. 125 (XX) 8. COMMENDS the movement of Non-Aligned Countries for the decision to hold an Extra-ordinary Ministerial Meeting on the question of Namibia and pledges to participate fully in order to assure the success of the meeting; 9. RENEWS its unswerving support to the United Nations Secretary-General for his tireless efforts to expedite the independence of Namibia, and to the UN Council for Namibia, as the legal administering authority for the Territory until independence and for its varied activities in the interest of the Namibian People; 10. URGES the Security Council to assume fully its responsibilities including ensuring the speedy implementation of Security Council resolution 435, if necessary by the adoption of enforcement measures against racist South Africa under Chapter VII of the UN Charter.
